Remote Site Services

CASG shall provide a national medical team as deemed required for each remote clinic. The standard team includes a Senior Doctor, Feldsher and First Aid Trained Ambulance Driver.

CASG shall provide qualified Western Paramedics or Doctors as deemed required by Company for remote clinics.

Provision of the following medical services by CASG:

  • Pre-hospital emergency medical care on site to stabilize the patient
  • Preparation of and participation in medical evacuations from site to the City Hospitals if deemed necessary
  • Receiving patients, examination, consultation, recommendation and provision of medication prescribed by Consultants doctor, injections and dressings, and coordination of any required diagnostic testing
  • Pre-driving and pre-shift check of Company employees in accordance with Order # 48 of Ministry of Health of RK dated 11/02/2005 with the help of Alcohol testing in the Oilfield
  • Annual mandatory plague vaccination
  • Consultations on sick-leaves with fit for work recommendations
  • Blood draw for HIV test.

Monthly Reports

CASG shall keep Company informed by providing Company with a detailed monthly report that shall include:

  • Number of visits,
  • Routine and emergency visits, and
  • Health status of employees.

In all cases, the provision of medical reports is limited to non confidential patient information.

Medical Equipment and Materials

CASG shall ensure all remote clinics are standardized with quality medical equipment, medication and treatment assets.
